After being with another local State Farm office for nearly 10 years, I called to ask a question about a bill, only to find out that office had “accident” deleted my policy and my vehicle has been uninsured for the duration of last winter. Though I tried to work it out with them, it ended up costing me nearly $1500 for a mistake they made, and were unwilling to make right. At that time I decided to check out Kaitlyn, who I had seen in the community! I called in and Kalley got me set up and my insurance transferred over to their office. She walked me through it step by step. Kaitlyn explained SO much to me. Previously, my family basically had the bare minimum for insurance.
